Christina got into real estate after a difficult experience buying her first home. She knew there had to be a better way and wanted to be the advocate for her clients that she wished she had during that experience.
That belief has stayed at the heart of how she works. Whether helping someone buy their first home, sell a home filled with years of memories, or make their next move, Christina believes her clients should never feel like they are navigating the process alone.
Long before real estate, faith and family were already at the center of Christina’s life. She is a wife and homeschool mom of five: an adult son, identical triplet boys, and a daughter. Raising a large family, especially triplets, has shaped so much of who she is and the way she cares for the people around her. Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, she has called Tampa Bay home since 1997.
Christina also came into real estate with a background in marketing and social media, experience that continues to shape how she markets homes today. As her business grew, so did Probeyahn Group. Her success led to multiple brokerage awards and the opportunity to mentor other agents.
Patrick came into real estate after spending 18 years in education, including working in administration as an Associate Provost and teaching as an adjunct professor. In 2017, he received the John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Award for his work in education.
As a third-generation Realtor, real estate had always been part of Patrick’s family. He saw an opportunity to bring much of what he had spent his career doing into real estate: teaching, using technology, solving problems, and helping people understand what can sometimes be a complicated process.
Patrick grew up in a military family, living in several states and Germany before calling Tampa Bay home in 1995. Today, he lives here with his wife, Stephanie, and their two sons.
Their families already knew one another through Stephanie, and their children became friends. When Patrick entered real estate, Christina became his mentor.
It didn’t take long for them to realize they shared the same values. Treat people right, be honest and upfront, give more than what’s expected, and always advocate for the people who put their trust in you.
Over time, that mentorship grew into a partnership, with Patrick joining Christina at Probeyahn Group.
Today, Christina and Patrick work together at Coastal Properties Group International, combining personal advocacy with professional marketing, technology, and the global reach available through the brokerage’s affiliation with Forbes Global Properties.
Their backgrounds are different, but what matters most in their business is shared: taking care of people and doing everything they can to help their clients succeed.
