The listing had already expired. The advice before that had been to lower the price, and not to decorate for Christmas. The owners are known in the community as Pasco Santa. The house had spent twelve holiday seasons as a winter wonderland.
We interviewed them as Mr. and Mrs. Claus, then listed the home a month later and filmed what the holidays looked like there. Sometimes the story is what sells the house. It had expired at $640,000. It sold for $675,000.
